Ladi Olatunde

Ladi Olatunde is the Principal Partner of Third Dimensions, an architectural firm based in Nigeria with a growing list of clients that span the business and private sectors inside and outside Nigeria. He is the CEO of Fourth Estates Ltd, a construction company also based in Nigeria.

With over 25 years experience in architecture and construction of a wide range of projects which include automobile showrooms/workshops, residential estates, shopping malls/supermarkets, corporate offices, cold room/processing plants and churches; he combines his passion for details with utility and beauty to achieve his goal of excellence.

He is an alumnus of the University of Lagos, Lagos Business School and IESA Business School Barcelona Spain. His career started at Voen Associates Lagos, where he was involved in many projects some of which include: Foreshore Towers/Pees Galleria Osborne, Ikoyi; Faculty of Law Building, University of Benin and so on.

In 1981, he won the Federal Government Merit Award for outstanding Academic Performance; he also won the Arch. O.O. Balogun Prize for the best student in Design Portfolio

Ladi Olatunde holds memberships in professional and social associations including Nigeria Institute of Architects (MNIA), Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), Lagos Lawn Tennis Club and Ikoyi Club.
