Tosin Babasanya-Craig
Tosin Babasanya-Craig is a seasoned trainer, a certified corporate coach, Personal Branding Consultant and Interior designer. She holds a degree in Architecture from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. Whilst working diligently on construction sites, Tosin discovered that her passion lied with coaching people and helping them to accomplish their dreams. She has since carved a niche for herself in this area of service.
Her quest for civility and best work practices has birthed the passion to groom people of all works of life. Her research and training competence span several interests in Personal Development, Effectiveness and Branding, Public Speaking, Etiquette and Ethics, Motivation, Corporate Image and Success Strategies.
Tosin has worked as a Soft Skills trainer with Poise Nigeria Ltd. She presently holds the job of a Senior Manager with Customer Oriented Management services Ltd, and sits on the advisory board of six growing organisations.
Her passion for culture change in teenagers is worth mentioning. She teaches the ‘Seven pillars of Character’ to teenagers. Tosin has a Certificate in Teenage Ministry.
She has developed several course materials on Effective communication skills, Soft Skills in the line of duty, Telephone etiquette, Character Counts, Self Awareness and personal assessment Etc, and her materials are used by a number of training institutions. In her six years exposure to training, Tosin has coached well over 60 Corporate and Public institutions on Soft Skills. They include, NBC Customer service team, all principals of Ekiti State Secondary Schools, Lagoon Communications Ltd, RCCG, Teenagers boot camps, NBL, Oceanic Bank plc (Eco Bank), Leadway Assurance. Multi-Trex Ltd, Etc…
Tosin volunteers with Daystar Career plus, the Career Bureau of Daystar Christian Center. She heads the training department.
She currently coordinates Leadership and Management courses for Lagos State Secondary School Staff under the auspices of the World Bank assisted Lagos State EKO project…and a host of others.
