Adetokunbo Mogaji
Adetokunbo has over 10 years robust experience in Customer Service and Relationship Management. Up until her departure from the financial industry, she was Head of Customer Service Electronic Banking.
Within this period she was responsible for excellent customer service delivery to all customers in over 300 branches of Intercontinental Bank Plc using the ATM platforms, MasterCard and Visa Cards both within and outside the country. She was also entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring hitch free foreign transactions for the bank’s High Net-worth Clients.
She holds a Masters in Business Administration from The Business School of Netherlands with a special focus in Strategy Management and also a Bachelors degree in Agric. Economics from Ogun State University.
Presently, she consults for and trains Small and Medium Scale Enterprises in the area of Business Strategy and Growth maintenance. She serves as an external facilitator with Marcforte Business Consulting, concentrating on Executive habits of business executives.
