Gbenga is an astute HR and Business Transformation consultant who is passionate about using appropriate developmental initiatives to create an alignment between employee performance and overall long term corporate objectives.

Over the last 12 years, he has been involved in various projects with different clients from all sectors of the Nigerian economy in areas like; Curriculum Development & actual facilitation of different big volume learning interventions, nationwide assessment, recruitment and actual induction for new hires (both at entry and mid-management levels), and Organizational Transformation consulting projects for organizations include First Bank of Nigeria, RT Briscoe, Skye Bank, MainOne Cable Company, Diamond Bank, Mainstreet Bank Ltd, Ecobank, NNPC, and the Lagos State Government etc,

He has a background in Economics with an MBA with the Business School of Netherlands. He is also a certified HRMP and Organizational Development Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management and Institute of Organizational Development, USA respectively with other relevant certifications covering Project & Risk Management, Business Process Management etc.

He has also worked with firms like FDO Williams and Co., Longhall Consulting Ltd, IBFCAgusto Training Ltd, Workforce Management Centre and most recently, Wema Bank.
