Whether negotiating with clients or suppliers, senior managers or other colleagues, every negotiation scenario is unique and can be challenging in different ways. To be a successful negotiator as a union member it is essential to follow an effective process, keep a clear head and build rapport with your counterparts.

This training program is aimed at union members who need to take their negotiation skills to the next level. You will use recognised frameworks, increase your self-awareness and develop new techniques to work though complex situations and challenging negotiation scenarios.
