Administration/Operations Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages and executes administrative, project and executive support activities for the organisation.
DUTIES –
• Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the organisation.
• Provides assistance and support to the office principal in problem solving, project planning and management.
• Oversees the operation of office accounts, plans and monitors expenditures; as appropriate, develops and/or coordinates budgets for the organisation.
• Recommend company space and equipment requirements.
• Organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences and other special company events.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree/HND in business administration, human resource management or any related discipline.
Possess 0 – 2 years relevant working experience.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
Possess analytical, coordination and record maintenance skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft office.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Possess ability to maintain confidentiality.
Must be mathematically inclined.
