Customer Service Director
Our client seeks a qualified candidate to fill the role of a Customer Service Director.
LOCATION – LAGOS
QUALIFICATIONS
First degree in any relevant profession with minimum of 10 -20 years’ experience in Customer relation/engagement.
At least 5 years must have been spent in a Senior Management Position.
Relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide oversight for all outbound calls to the company’s clients
- Oversee all customer related queries in relation to Sales, deliveries and allocation of products on behalf of the company
- Liaise with finance department to ensure timely issuance of invoices and receipts for products purchased.
- Design and monitor comprehensive proactive customer engagement process to ensure continuous positive customer experience
- Liaise with External/independent legal service provider to ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal documentation including deed of contract, deed of assignment and restrictive covenant for resident of all company’s estates
- Ensure proper coordination of customer satisfaction survey biannually
- Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports
- Oversee and ensure constant update to clients on the pace of and infrastructure development of any of the company’s estate
- Design and Develop improving operational process for the collection of all outstanding debt and management of the installment paying process
Not more than 35 – 42 years.
