RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
DUTIES –
• Act as first point of contact on behalf of the organisation
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to the problem; expediting solution and ensuring resolution.
• Recommends potential products and services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
• Keeps accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree/HND with any educational background
Possess 0 – 2 years relevant working experience.
Must possess a good command of English language.
Must possess strong interpersonal, problem solving, documentation, conflict resolution and listening skills.
