Facility Manager
One of our clients, a fast-growing real estate firm within the Lagos Island metropolis, is looking to fill this position with vibrant, forward-looking professionals.
LOCATION – Lagos
RESPONSIBILITIES –
- Ensuring that buildings and their services meet the people that work/live in them
- Ensuring that basic amenities such as water, power are well maintained
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness of maintenance
- Ensuring that facilities, meet government regulations, environmental health and security standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualifications:
•Tertiary degree in any related field.
•Minimum of five years proven work experience in facility management.
