Facility Manager
- 5-7 Years Experience,
- Preferably Male
- Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security;
- Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, power and all maintenance projects are well-maintained;
- Effective Management of the Facility with up to date software and systems;
- Co-ordinate a functional work plan for routine maintenance checks;
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness;
- Allocating and managing space between buildings;
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations on environmental, health and security standards
- Advising the Company on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness;
- Oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishment;
- Assist in any relocation projects as the need arises;
