Managing Director
We are looking for an experienced Managing Director to oversee the business operations, liaise with stakeholders, drive strategic company growth, and provide strategic leadership.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
- Reporting to the board, providing market insights and strategic advice.
- Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency.
- Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
- Overseeing the company’s business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures.
- Amongst other strategic roles
Requirements
- 15-17 years progressive work experience (Extensive experience as a Managing Director or in a similar role).
- Technical, commercial and high level executive management skills within the Nigerian market terrain.
- Degree in business, marketing or a related field
- MBA, MSc, in Business Management preferred
- Professional technical qualifications is a plus
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
- Sound knowledge of the Nigerian electronics market analysis
- Good understanding of the marketing channels across the country and West Africa;
