Our Client is recruiting to fill the position of a CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE
QUALIFICATIONS
- HND/B.SC In any discipline
- Must have at least 2 years experience as a CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Performance-driven with ability to build relationships across a cross-disciplinary team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience
- Selling and Negotiation Skills
- Capable of performing tasks using MS office applications like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Strong communication capabilities, written and verbal, for executive level discussion and influence, comfort and confidence interfacing with and presenting to staff and executives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
- Target-oriented.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Client Service Executive will be responsible for meeting the company’s customers need.
- Establish contacts, develop relationships with prospects and recommending solutions
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates business opportunities by identifying prospects, evaluating their position in the industry and analysing options.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support information and guidance.
- Identifies new opportunities for business and service improvements.
- Continuous monitoring of the environment and preparation of market competition report
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information
- Organising sales visits and establishing new business.
- Maintaining sales records and reviewing performance
