Oluwatosin Oloruntoba

Oluwatosin discovered Human Capital Development and Training, Learning & Development as his forte when he joined Marcforte Business Consulting a human resources and management training organisation where he worked directly with the CEO for years. His commitment & enviable work ethics made him move up the leadership ladder of Marcforte within a year to be the Programmes Director, facilitating and planning both local and international training programmes on various soft skills intervention.

His craving for Capacity Building has made him a seasoned researcher and training facilitator on issues relating to soft skills. He has been privileged to facilitate training sessions across industries which include both product and service industries. Part of the organisations he has worked with to improve human capital include TOTAL E&P Port-Harcourt, The Office of the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Nigeria Port Authority (NPA), Cakes & Cream Lagos, Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC), Heritage House Montessori School Lagos, Marcforte Business Consulting e.t.c.

With a degree in Economics, he currently works as the Managing Consultant of Lightways Business Consulting as well as training facilitator for organisations.
