Diversity Programme: Acculturation and On-boarding Programme For Non-Nigerians
With Nigeria undergoing explosive population growth, being one of the fastest growing economies in the world, it has become a haven for businesses and investors alike. Businesses realising the need to equip their employees with the cultural know-how to ensure a smooth transition process as well as maximising their effectiveness when in Nigeria. This cross-cultural training would facilitate the acclimatisation of the newcomers and returnees to the ways of Nigerians, helping to reduce the number of foreign assignments to be interrupted due to cultural conflicts and personal discontent.
Programme will help participants;
