The Season is Upon Us

As we count down to the end of 2016, taking stock of our achievements and reaching out to those that have touched us positively is the essence of the season.  It is indeed a good time to have a retrospect of the highlights of 2016.

Just like our tagline for 2016 “Promoting World-class Standards in Service Delivery”, we sharpened our tools, worked hard to maintain worldclass standards and kept the flag flying. We have continuously transformed the way we operate so as to uphold the provision of cutting edge human capital business solutions to our clients.

In 2016, we introduced our strategic regional spread across Nigeria as we announced our liaison offices in Abuja and Port Harcourt to strengthen Marcforte’s position as one of the most influential players in the training and consulting field.

One of the most significant events of the year was the full activation of our Human Resource Consulting department as we grew our portal to proudly offer our clients distinct services. Services including:

  • Organisational Culture Re-structuring
  • Assisting SMEs to set up their Human Resource Departments
  • Recruitment, Contracting & Outsourcing
  • Employee Recognition & Motivation Programmes – Compensation Strategy
  • Team Building & Cohesion Interventions
  • Staff Audit/Performance Management & Appraisals

Marcforte also provided bespoke interventions aimed at improving staff engagement and performance for our clients, we worked with them in engaging and retaining enthusiastic, goal – getting and positive employees.

This year saw Marcforte become a very active member of the executive coaching and training body; having facilitated sessions, working with top industry leaders through one-on-one executive coachings. This helped clients focus on current and future achievements in a way that built awareness of strengths, personal responsibility and behavioural change, impacting personal performance and ultimately the bottom-line.

What Next?

For 2017, in response to the current trends and demands of the business world, we have expanded our reach to effectively work with you.  Marcforte is flagging nine new programmes and they are designed to strategically position leaders and managers for the modern-day work environment.

We are set to make 2017 a profoundly rewarding year for our clients with the many opportunities in all divisions of the company including training, recruitment, consultancy services etc.

You have made 2016 a great year for us despite the economic recession, we hope that next year will also be a fruitful one. We wish you all a Happy Holiday Season and a great New Year’s celebration.
